Company profile: It was established in the year 1963 and it is a completely owned govt. of Kerala undertaking. It deals in ceramics mainly spray dried coating grade kaolin and spray dried filler grade kaolin which is further used as filler, extender etc. It is a reputed company of Kerala and the first state PSU to undertake the CDM project. 

Job profile: The assistant manager will be required to manage the work of their respective departments. They will be responsible for the completion of the work allotted to their department. They will also be responsible for providing support to their seniors and managing the juniors.

Eligibility: A candidate must not have completed the age of 38 years as on 1st January 2009. However, relaxation can be claimed as per the rules.

Educational Qualifications: A candidate must have a degree in any of mechanical, chemical and electrical engineering from a recognized university or an institution with a minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing firm preferably in clay manufacturing/ceramic industry.

No. of posts: There are 4 posts in total which include 2 posts for the AMs in chemical department, 1 in electrical department and 1 in mechanical department.

Pay scale: The AMs will get a pay scale of Rs22000-35000 plus other allowances as per the rules.

Selection process: The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their qualifications and experience and the shortlisted candidates will have to appear for an interview.
