Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL) was established in the year 1984 by the Government of Tamil Nadu. The major objective behind the establishment of the company was to produce Newsprint and Printing & Writing Paper using ‘bagasse’ ( which is a sugarcane residue ) as primary raw material. Over the years the company has emerged as the largest bagasse based paper mill in the world.

Job Profile:

1. Recruitment of Assistant Plant Engineer (Electrical):
No. of posts: 4 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering from any recognized institute or university.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 10500-13000 per month will be paid to the selected candidates.

2. Recruitment of Assistant Plant Engineer (Mechanical):
No. of posts: 13 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering from any recognized institute or university.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 10500-13000 per month will be paid to the selected candidates.

3. Recruitment of Assistant Plant Engineer (Mechanical):
No. of posts: 3 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering from any recognized institute or university.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 10500-13000 per month will be paid to the selected candidates.

Selection Process:
