Institute profile: Maulana Azad institute is a famous and an old institute. It is highly reputed for its facilities and education. It has variety of courses to offer. It also caters to the medical attention of the people. It has a wide spread campus of about 30 acres. 

Job profile: The professors will be given the responsibility to promote and impart quality education in various fields related to dental sciences and provide them with a sufficient knowledge to succeed and make a challenging career ahead.

Eligibility: A candidate must not exceed the age of 45 years. However, relaxation can be claimed as per the rules.

Educational Qualifications: A candidate must have the qualification included in the part I or II of the schedule of the dentistry act 1948. A candidate must also have a post graduate degree in the concerned specialization from a recognized university plus a 4 years experience in teaching profession and a candidate must be registered with state dental council.

No. of posts: There are 10 posts in various departments which include 7 posts for general and 3 posts for OBC category.

Pay scale: The assistant professors will be given a pay scale of Rs15600-39100 plus a grade pay of Rs6600 and other usual allowances as per the rules.

Selection process: The candidates will have to appear for an interview in front of a selection committee. The selections will be made on the basis of their qualifications, experience and performance during the interview.
