Job profile: The candidate would be required to take incoming calls from the company’s US clients, solve their problems. He would also be required to maintain a log of calls received and would be required to escalate the problem when issue can not be resolved.

Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate in any stream. (10+2+3) Candidates with Hardware Certification, MCSE or A+ Certification would be given preference. The candidate should have excellent Communication Skills in English and should possess good knowledge of computer Hardware and Windows Operating systems.

Experience: 0 - 2 Years of experience in customer care or semi-tech international call center process.

Pay Scale: Rupees 2, 00,000 to 2, 50,000
