Birla Institute of Technology & Sciences or better called as BITS conducts an entrance examination each year for admission to various degree programs. The examination is conducted online and the procedure to apply for the examination is given below. The entrance examination grants admission to the Goa, Pilani and Hyderabad campuses of Birla Institute of Technology & Sciences, one of the esteemed institutes in india.
Procedure to apply for BITSAT 2009
1. Willing candidates have to register before hand for the year 2009 BITSAT examination and procedure to get you registered for the examination is written below.
2. BITSAT 2009 application form will be available from this link http://www.bitsadmission.com. However the exact link is http://www.bitsadmission.com/BITSAT but this link not yet activated and will be activated when the forms are actually released.
3. Download the application, take the print and send it to Admissions Officer, BITS, Pilani – 333 031. The cost of the application will be Rs.800/- and Rs.400/- for SC/ST and all the female candidates.
4. You can also request the application form via Speed Post / Registered Post by sending in a request of application form on a plain paper and mentioning on it name, and gender with complete postal address along with a DD of Rs.900/-.
5. The DD can be drawn in the favour of any of the following:
• Birla Institute of Technology & Science’ payable at State Bank of India, Zuari Nagar, Goa (code: 1976)
• State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, Pilani (Code: 10398)
• UCO Bank, Vidya Vihar, Pilani (Code: 0150)
