Job profile: The manager’s role would be to increase the Banks customer base in size as well as in wealth accumulation through deposits. He has to maintain certain delivery and service standards. Manage the sales team and motivate them to achieve the set branch targets. He would also be required to cross sell bank products to existing set of Branch customers. The candidate would also be required to maintain complete Customer relationship records for future references.

Qualifications and Experience: The candidate’s minimum qualification must be a Graduate Degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in AMFI / IRDA/ Branch Banking. Post Graduate candidates must have 2 to 3 years of experience in AMFI / IRDA/ Branch Banking.
