Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidyut Nigam Limited shortly called as UPRVUNL is a fast expanding and progressive state thermal power generation company established by the government of Uttar Pradesh. It has an installed capacity of 3933 megawatts for thermal generation and it is planning to double the generation capacity within the next five years.

Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidyut Nigam Limited has invited applications from eligible candidates for different positions for filling up vacancies at executive, ministerial and operating level for UPRVUNL and Uttar Pradesh Jal Vidyut Nigam Limited (UPJVNL), which is a hydel power generating firm in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

Name of the Positions: Different ministerial, operating and executive positions

Number of positions: Total number of vacancies is 35, which is divided among different level positions as follows:

• Executive Level - 03

o Chief Chemist for UPRVUNL – 01

o Accounts Officer (Trainee) for UPJVNL – 02

• Ministerial Level - 18

o Assistant Reviewing Officer for UPRVUNL – 11

o Assistant Accountant (Trainee) for UPRVUNL - 04

o Assistant Accountant (Trainee) for UPJVNL – 03

• Operating Level – 14 (Chemist Grade II – 14)

Pay Scale: Pay scale applicable for each of the positions is given below:

• Chief Chemist– Rs.15600-39100+GP of Rs. 5400

• Accounts Officer (Trainee)– Rs.15600-39100+GP of Rs.5400

• Assistant Reviewing Officer– Rs.9300-34800 + GP of Rs.4200

• Assistant Accountant (Trainee) - Rs.5200-20220 + GP of Rs.3000

• Chemist Grade II – Rs.9300-34800 + GP of Rs.4200

Application fee:

The application fee applicable for Chief Chemist and Accounts Officer (Trainee) positions is Rs.1000 (general & OBC candidates) and Rs.700 (SC/ST candidates). For Chemist Grade II and Assistant Reviewing Officer it is Rs.800 for general and OBC candidates and Rs.500 for SC/ST candidates. For Assistant Accountant position fee is Rs.630 for general and OBC candidates and Rs.340 for SC/ST candidates).
