Job profile: IBM Daksh is hiring for its voice based process were the candidate would have to attend incoming calls from its clients. Maintain Logs with complete accuracy. Solve clients and customers queries. Work in a 24/7 environment. Candidates must be self motivated and willing to provide customer service.

Qualifications: A graduation degree is a must for candidates applying for this job. Graduates in any stream (BA, BCOM, BBA, BBM and BSc) can apply. The candidate must possess good communication skills in English. Knowledge of computer basics is mandatory MS Office.

Experience: No experience required, the company is looking for freshers for this post.
