Job profile: Firstsource is currently hiring for its international Voice Process at its Malad Centre, Mumbai. The candidate would have to handling inbound calls and resolve customer queries. The person would be required to work in rotational shifts including night shifts. Only local Mumbai candidate should apply.

Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate Fresher or Experienced with minimum 1 year of full time experience from any industry would be preferred. The candidate must possess good communication skills with basic computer knowledge.
