Qualifying Exam

Entering into career, Deputy Foresters can expect a salary of around Rs. 10000/- per month or even more. With years of experience and also with periodical promotions, the amendments brought out by the new salary commission, they can expect hikes in their pay scales.

Who is eligible to apply?

The eligibility criterion to apply for the Deputy Foresters’ exam is a pass in the graduate degree course in Forestry. Those who have finished graduation in Agriculture or any other Science related programs can also apply for the Deputy Foresters test. Moreover, the candidates should have the citizenship of India. Individuals who come within 21 – 30 years of age alone can apply for the Deputy Foresters’ examination.
