Eligibility Criterion

Candidates having the following educational qualifications are eligible to apply for the below mentioned posts.

General Manager/ Deputy General Manager - Those who have completed any of the following courses from a recognized University are eligible to apply.

• Bachelor of Engineering/ Technology in Biotechnology
• Bachelor of Engineering/ Technology in Chemical Engineering
• Bachelor of Veterinary Science

In addition to this, candidates who have completed Post Graduation in any of the below mentioned courses can also apply.

• Microbiology
• Biochemistry
• Molecular Biology
• Pharmacy

They should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in qualifying examination, so as to be eligible. Apart from this, aspirants are required to have at least 15 years professional experience in the field of Vaccines such as Measles, Pentavalent, Hepatitis B and Rabies. Upper age limit is 50 years. Those who have a minimum of 10 years work experience in above mentioned fields can apply for the post of Deputy Manager.

Senior Manager (Formulation) - Candidates who have completed Master of Science in any of the following disciplines are eligible to apply.

• Microbiology
• Biochemistry
• Molecular Biology
• Pharmacy

Those who have completed under graduation in Biotechnology/ Chemical Engineering with first class marks are also eligible to apply. Candidates are required to have a minimum of 8 years professional experience in relevant fields.

Senior Sales Co-Ordinator (Logistics)- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University is the minimum educational qualification required. Those who are having post graduation will be given additional preference. Aspirants are required to have software knowledge of SAP. There is no minimum mark required for qualification. Upper age limit for application is 38 years. In addition to this, candidates should have a minimum of 6 years experience in sales and distribution.

Human Resources Trainee (T&D Scheme)- Those who are having any of the following educational qualifications are eligible to apply for this post.

• Post Graduate Diploma in Management
• Master of Business Administration in Human Resources
• Master Personnel Management and Industrial Relations
• Master of Human Resource Management
• Master of Social Work

Candidates who have completed full time courses are only eligible to apply for this post. They are required to have a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in qualifying examination. Upper age limit is 35 years at the time of application.
