It is a government of India owned corporation which came into existence in the year 1966. Mr. M. Ayyappan is the current chairman as well as managing Director of the corporation. The company mainly deals in the manufactuing or productions of the health care products such as Hormonal Contraception, Surgical Equipment and Condoms. Job Profile:

Applications are invited from eligible Indian National for filling up the following vacant posts of Manager (Business Development/ Partnerships), Sales Officer, Programme Officers and Field Officers (Sales Representatives) in HLL Lifecare Limited. The vacancies are available in various locations i.e. Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala and Trivandrum. Recruitmnet of selected candidates will be made on fixed term contract basis only.

1. Recruitment of Manager (Business Development/ Partnerships):
No. of posts: Only 5 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: MBA degree from a recognized institute or university is the minimum educational qualification required to be possessed by the candidates. Candidates should also possess minimum 5 years experience in Pharma or OTC Sales or FMCG field.

2. Recruitment of Sales Officer/ Area Sales Managers:
No. of posts: Only 83 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Graduation degree from a recognized institute or university is the minimum educational qualification set for the post. Candidates should also possess minimum 5 years experience in FMCG or Parma or OTC or Sales field.

3. Recruitment of Programme Officers:
No. of posts: Only 50 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Graduation degree from a recognized institute or university is the minimum educational qualification set for the post. Candidates should also possess minimum 3 years experience in FMCG or Parma or OTC or Sales field. However, those candidates who possess MBA degree from a recognized institute, will get preference over other candidates at the time of final selection.

4. Recruitment of Field Officers (Sales Representatives):
No. of posts: Only 413 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed atleast 12th standard from a recognized board. However, graduates will be get preference over others. Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG or Pharma or OTC or Sales field, is also need to be possessed by the candidates.

Eligibility:

Interested candidates should have age less than the prescribed age limit i.e. 45 years as on 1 February 2012. Candidates having age more than the prescribed age limit are not eligible to apply for any of the above specified posts. Relaxation of few years will be provided to the candidates belonging to reserved categories as per the rules of Government of India.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be shortlisted as per their applications for appearing in the Personal Interview Test with the Selection Committee. The interview test will be held on a specified date. Only shortlisted candidates will be intimated for the interview test.
