But the major challenge likes in the communication skills of the candidate. The students who are not up to the mark in this respect will fetch them only low salaries and they end up in receiving around 6000 as starting per month where as the candidates who are pretty good in this area may end up in receiving around 13000-14000 as starting remuneration per month.

There are many students who start their career as Management trainees in particular organizations and slowly transform in to supervisory levels and them in to managerial positions. This one of the important drawback of this course which wholly depends on the perspective of the general public.  The people regard the people who are working in this field as mere service providers though they are also highly skilled and trained people. But their industry or nature of work that differentiate them from others.

Many people join this field because of the glamour associated with it. Only when they get in to this course on a full mode they understand the ground realities. The fee structure is that a student may invest around 2.5 lakh for a 3 year full time course. But when it comes to the initial pay package it is absolutely disappointing. Placements are that much rewarding and worthy in a case where in the student pass out from good and reputed institutions. If a good amount is invested also many students do not opt in for jobs in this field but go on for adopting MBA in different specializations.

While doing an MBA will not bring in better career prospects as. Experience is the word which brings in value and which is quite important in this sector. Even if doing an MBA a student can only start his career as a Management Trainee alone. But an International exposure will bring in more opportunities. Most people will enter in to this sector only emphasizing on the negative aspect of the job. But on the other hand, if we focus on the positive side of this job and plan accordingly it will be better. Another point being that no industry will ever take students who are not having expected potential skills.

Rather than emphasizing on the limited industry offers it will be always better to think whether the students are ready to give in their best. This will be fetching them more career opportunities. They should have ample interest towards this field which in a way will  provide them the skill as well as the power to succeed in this field even with the limited career aspects.
