Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Limited was established under the Government of India. The company is mainly engaged in generation of electricity. Eco conservation and social and economic upliftment of the area are two other major objective of the company. However, the only prime objective of the company is to generate electrical energy and provide it in balance as per the needs of region. Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Limited was established as a separate company in the year 1987 as a result of the Companies Act 1956 of Parliament of India. The company has been granted the permission for starting the first phase of Tenughat Thermal Power Project.

1. Recruitment of Executive Trainee (Chemistry):

Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized institute or university.

2. Recruitment of Engineering Executive - Mechanical:

Educational Qualification: Candidates should be engineering graduates in the field of Mechanical from a recognized institute or university with minimum 2 years experience in relevant field.

5. Recruitment of Executive- Chemistry:

Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized institute or universith with minimum 2 years experience in the relevant field.

6. Recruitment of Executive- Accounts:

Educational Qualification: CA or ICWA from a recognized institute with minimum 2 years experience in relevant field, is required for this post.
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 5500.

All candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 750 only. However, the amount of fee is Rs. 500 for SC/ST candidates of Jharkhand state.
