BS-MS (dual degree) is a 10 semester course given at Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Pune. HSC passed candidates can join the course by qualifying entrance examination. Selected students must pay the total fee of Rs. 19000 /- at the time of admission. Semester wise tuition fee for pursuing the course is Rs. 7500/-. Fee structure from semester II to semester IX are same. Students must pay a total fee of Rs. 12,000/- each semester. Total Fee for 10th semester is Rs.13,000/-. Apart from this, they must pay Rs. 11080/- as mess charges.

Apart from this, students should pay Rs. 11080 /- as mess charges. The use of mess is not compulsory for 9th and 10th semester students. SC/ST students are exempted from the payment of tuition fees (applicable for all semesters). Fee must paid in to a special account namely, Power Jyothi’, opened in State Bank of India, Pune. Fee structure mentioned here is not supposed to remain the same for ever. It may change according to University policies and procedures.
