Pay scale: Selected candidates will be paid on fixed pay basis every month and incentives will be on the basis of their performance.

Eligibility Requirement:

Educational Qualification: Candidates with a UG degree from a recognized university in India are eligible to apply for the post of Financial Service Executives. Preference will be given to candidates with diploma or degree in management/marketing. Candidates with good working knowledge of English and a regional local language will be given preference and knowledge of soft skills like excel/word/power point would be an added advantage.

Age: Applicants must have completed 21 years of age and should not be more than 35 years of age as on the 1st of September 2011 and upper age lime it relaxable by 3 years to OBC candidates and 5 years to SC/ST candidates. Selection Procedure:

If necessary a written test followed by interview will be conducted for selection of candidates. Written test will be of objective type with questions from GK, numerical ability and reasoning ability. Candidates fulfilling the eligibility requirements will be intimated the date of written test if conducted.

Application fee:

All candidates except SC/ST candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs.100 in the form of DD drawn in favor of the Life Insurance Corporation of India payable at headquarters of the divisional office for which the candidate applies.
