Additional courses after Diploma in Electrical engineering? What if I have backlog in 5th semester?


I have completed my diploma in electrical engg....i want to know about the additional courses like plc, scada, design etc. whether they are beneficial for me
and also i have a back log in 5th sem so what should i do??

I am studying diploma in electrical engineering in SIT at Ariyamangalam.I scored above 80 percentage in 1st year and above 73 percentage in 2nd year.How can I get a job in Companies
