I completed my civil engineering diploma. I am not interested in doing BE or B.Tech. Other than BE or BTech which all course I can do but it should be of value. Please help me for this question.

As you have completed your diploma in civil engineering stream then after that you can join in B. tech course which is a graduate course you can join in a lateral entry scheme.
