after completing my B.Com.

To be honest, it is not beneficial to study Diploma in Banking and Insurance after completing B.Com. Since, Diploma in Banking and Insurance is equivalent to the B.Com course you can't find good career prospects after completing Diploma in Banking and Insurance. If you want to upgrade your knowledge and skill in the field of Banking and Insurance specialization than it recommended that you can apply for,

- MBA in Banking and Insurance,
- M.Com in Banking and Insurance,

Those candidates who have completed Graduation in Banking and Insurance are eligible to apply for the above courses. You're required to appear and qualify in the CAT or MAT entrance exam in order to get admission in MBA in Banking and Insurance course.
