I am a Bangladeshi,have passed MBBS,working in a diabetic centre.Can I apply for Diploma in Diabetology in India?

For admission in any specialized course in India, you need to first clear MCI screening test, if your degree is from a country outside India.

Without clearing screening test, you won't be eligible to study a medical course from a recognized medical college in India.
