I want to go abroad for B.Tech can i do b tech directly in 2nd year after my diploma and how many countries gives b tech 2nd year after diploma 3years so plz reply me? Need the information to start applying for the course. please help.

Yes, you can join in B.Tech 2nd year after completing your Diploma course. But, to get admission in 2nd year of B.Tech, you have to appear for the lateral entry exam, which is conducted in your state. So, you should appear for the lateral entry exam, which is conducted in your state and depending upon your rank in Lateral entry exam, you will get admission in any college.

Sir , myself TapasRana from west Bengal. I am a student of Diploma in Electrical Engineering 3rd year. I want to know that after completing diploma can I study b.tech in any other state except west Bengal?? If yes then what is its criteria and in what state give lateral entry entrance exam for b.tech...plz answer my queries...I belongs to a poor family and want to study in any govt.
