m doing diploma in electronics engineering
of 3 years full time course.....so please tell me
if i want to do diploma again in mechanical engineering
then i get admission in 2nd year?

No, you cannot get admission in 2nd year of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering course after completion of your three years Diploma course in Electrical Engineering. But, you can get direct admission in second year of B.Tech course by appearing in LEET examination after completion of your three years Diploma course. If you are interested to pursue Diploma in Mechanical Engineering after completion of Diploma in Electrical Engineering, you can get admission in first year of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering course on basis of your 10th standard.

Sorry you are not eligible for another Diploma admission if you are looking for getting admission in 2nd year. You can't use an equivalent qualification to get admission through lateral entry exam. There is no procedure for it.

If you had ITI qualification in any trade then you would have been eligible for 2nd year admission through a polytechnic entrance exam. ITI is a lower qualification than a Diploma Engineering, therefore, they are eligible for 2nd year admission on the basis of this criteria.
