No, Diploma holders are not eligible to appear in JEE Advanced examination. Only candidates who have completed 12th standard or equivalent from a recognised board and those who have qualified and secured top 1,50,000 rank in JEE Main examination are eligible to appear in JEE Advanced examination. Since, you have not pursued 12th standard and you have not appeared in JEE Main examination, you are not eligible to appear in JEE Advanced examination.

No, you are not eligible to appear in JEE Advanced Examination being a diploma holder. The basic educational qualification required to be eligible for JEE Advanced examination is " Candidates must have passed 12th class from a recognized university with PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) subjects". You cannot apply for NITs or CFTIs through JEE Examination Channel since you are a diploma holder.
