hello
i want to get the lecturer job in polytechnic college.
Now i have diploma in civilengineering.
i need the study plan to achieve the mentioned above please help me

For becoming a lecturer in a Government Polytechnic you must have B.Tech qualification with CSIR NET qualification. Diploma in Civil Engineering is not enough to apply for a lecturer job in a polytechnic.

For getting a lecturer job in Government colleges CSIR NET/SLET score is very essential. For CSIR NET eligibility one must have at least 60% marks in the B.Tech degree from a recognized Institute.

Therefore, you should get admission in a B.Tech degree through lateral entry entrance test so that you can become eligible for lecturer job after completion. In private polytechnic you can get lecturer job without qualifying NET/SLET if you can clear the interview.
