Yes, you can study Diploma in Physiotherapy (D.P.T) course after successful completion of 12th class. The basic educational qualification required is "Intermediate" or 12th class in 10+2 pattern or its equivalent educational qualification. Diploma in Physiotherapy is a medical nursing course, which can be done after completion of 12th class. Several subjects in D.P.T (Diploma in Physiotherapy) course are Psychology, General Physiology, Medicine, General Physiology, Pharmacology, Rehabilitation, Surgery, Physiotherapy in Surgical and Medical Conditions, Pathology, General Anatomy, Electro therapy, Gynecology, Bio-mechanics and Kinesiology and Computer Training.

Pass in 10th standard is the minimum educational qualification requirement for a diploma course in Physiotherapy. But, normally the course is mostly selected by the students after completing their 12th standard. You are eligible to apply for Diploma in Physiotherapy based on your 10th standard qualification.

Physiotherapy is associated with the medical field. It is good if you had taken Biology in your class 12. You did not mention anything about that. Maths has nothing to do with this course. Whether you did it or not is one and the same thing as far as Physiotherapy is concerned.
You are eligible for the course though. Some institutes ask for Biology as a subject in class 12. So ask about that in the institution you are seeking admission too. However most institutes just ask for 10+2 certificate.
