No, Diploma holder cannot appear in JEE Advanced examination. Candidates who completed 12th standard and who have appeared and qualified JEE Main examination are eligible to appear in JEE Advanced examination. Being a Diploma holder, you are not eligible to appear in JEE Main examination. Without appearing in JEE Main examination, candidates are not allowed to appear in JEE Advanced examination. So, you cannot appear in JEE Advanced examination being a Diploma holder. If you are interested to pursue B.Tech course, then, you can appear in LEET examination to get admission in second year B.Tech course after completion of three years Diploma course.
