Whether KARNATAKA STATE OPEN UNIVERSITY KSOU, Mysore is AICTC UGC approved by DEC of diplamo in electrical engineering or not?

The Diploma in Electrical Engineering course offered by Karnataka State Open University (KSOU), Mysore is approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) and Distance Education Council (DEC). But, the university has not approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE). The university is also a member of Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
