I am going to complete my diploma in june next year in civil engineering,does NIT ,Srinagar conduct lateral exams for diploma holders.

No, I am sorry to say that NIT does not conduct and Lateral entry examination or nor does it entertains one.

However, to get admission in NIT you can most probably appear for AIEEE examination, which however has now been replaced by JEE(Mains).

After scoring well in JEE(Mains) you will be eligible to get admission in NITs.

Sir I have completed my 3 year diploma in Mechanical Engineering through KGP Srinagar. can I may be provided opportunity to get admission for BE, B Tech. in NIT Srinagar through lateral entry.
plz help.
