No, you cannot get admission in NIT/ IIT for pursuing B.Tech course after completion of three years Diploma course from a recognised board because NIT/ IIT does not offer admissions through Lateral Entry process. Only candidates who have completed 12th standard or equivalent from a recognised board and those who have secured good rank in JEE examination are eligible to get admission in NIT/ IIT. Since, you can get admission in B.Tech course in NIT/ IIT, I suggest you to appear in LEET or ECET examination after completion of three years Diploma course to get admission in second year of four years B.Tech course.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
