No, you cannot get admission to study B.Tech (Aeronautical Engineering) course after completion of your three years Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering course. You can pursue B.Tech course only in Electronics and Communication Engineering after completion of your three years Diploma course but, you cannot get admission to study B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering course.
