Sir, my daughter's POLYCET rank is 18165. We belong to ST category. We have attended even 2nd counselling but still she is not allotted any government college. Now she is realloted in a private college distance place. We are not interested in joining at a far away place. How can I get a free seat in government college?

You will get it through only and only the counseling procedure.
There is no short cut or any other method to this.

Also, no one can determine the actual cutoff marks or rank before the result comes out.

it solely depends upon the following factors :

* The demand of the course.

* The number of seats available.

* The number of applications came for the course.

So, you will know it once you attend the counseling.

If you are not interested to take the allotted college, you are advised to take a drop and prepare well for the next years entrance.
