Respected Sir,
I am student of 9TH STD and I want to do diploma in CSE after 10th.
So how percentage are required to do diploma in CSE in best institute?

Its good see that you are interested to do the Diploma in CSE after completing 10th standard. Basically, the marks required for the Diploma in CSE differs from college to college. However, those candidates who have scored more than 50% in 10th standard can get admission in Diploma in CSE. The admission is purely based on merit list, those candidates who are performing well on the entrance exam conducted by the respective university.
