Yes you can study PG Diploma in Computer Applications.

The eligibility is a graduation in any discipline.
The duration of the course is one year.
The course is available in many institutions.

You can pursue your career as Computer Programmer, Computer Operator, Application Analyst, Application Support, System Analyst, Database Administrator, Computer Teacher etc.

You can get job in private and public sector companies, banking, insurance, BPOs, IT companies, accounting and administration.
