I have completed polytechnic in eee branch. Now i want to teach in Polytechnic colleges and want to be a polytechnic college lecturer? So tell me what educational qualification is required for that?

For teaching in diploma polytechnic colleges the minimum qualification required is B.Tech degree. You will face difficulty in getting a lecturer job if you are just diploma qualified.

Some polytechnics may hire diploma holders for lecturer job due to lack of staff availability but they are not for permanent basis. Hence, try to gain at least degree in your stream.

Eligibility criteria for Lecturer post in Diploma college:-

Those candidates who have completed B.Tech/ B.E/ MCA/ M.Tech degree from a recognized university are eligible for lecturer post in diploma college.

Your age should be above 18 years.

Lecturer post in government Diploma college is conducted by PSC.
