Can we join as a Punjabi Teacher at School level after completing Gyani course?


Can we join as a Punjabi Teacher in School level after completing Gyani from punjabi university patiala? It would be nice if anyone can answer me at earliest.

It is very sorry to say that it is not possible to become Punjabi teacher merely on the basis of possession of Gyani course certificate. The job of a teacher is highly specialised. Only the highly qualified and experienced candidates are required for teacher job. The minimum required educational qualification for Punjabi teacher is graduation or post-graduation in concerned subject along with B.Ed degree. If you have graduation or post-graduation degree along with B.Ed degree, then you are cent percent eligible for the post of Punjabi language in school level.

Is Gyani course followed by B.A.(English compulsory one additional subject) equivalent to Elective punjabi??
Is there any relaxation of Punjabi subjects in BA after Gyani course ??
