i am not interested on B.Tech at all......

There are so many courses are available after completing Diploma course. If you want to make your career bright, then it is mandatory, you must complete Higher degree course after completing a Diploma. Since, you are not interested to take B.Tech so I suggest you to apply for the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in the relevant specialization after completing the Diploma course. You can directly join in 2nd B.Sc after completing a Diploma by qualifying in the entrance exam organized by the respective university.

-Certificate program in VLSI design engineering (Physical Design or Logic Design)
-Diploma in VLSI Design (6 months)
