I am pursuing as a student of diploma in electronics nand communication.and i am itrested to take admission in second year B.tech in I.I.T. am i eligible to take it after completing my diploma? and if yes so,there any type pf enterence exam or onterviews are needed?

No, you cannot get admission in B.Tech second year IT course after completion of your three years Diploma course in Electronics and Communication Engineering. You can get admission only in Second year of B.Tech ECE course after completion of Diploma ECE course but, you cannot get admission in Second year of B.Tech IT course. To get admission in B.Tech second year ECE course, you need to appear in LEET or ECET examination. By qualifying the entrance examination, based upon your examination rank, you will be allotted a seat in a particular college and you can get direct admission in second year of four years B.Tech ECE course.
