Sir, i am a student and i have got 89.2% in 12th under CBSE board. Now i want to do B.A. honours. Am i eligible for any scholarship? Please tell me quickly.

Yes, you are surely eligible to apply for the merit scholarship. The general eligibility criteria to apply for the merit scholarship is candidate should score at least 80% in 12th standard at an any recognized board.

MHRD offers central sector scheme of scholarship for all eligible meritorious and economically backward candidates to pursue higher education. The basic eligibility criteria to apply for the central sector scholarship candidate should score minimum 80% in his 12th standard. And also candidate family annual income should not be more than 4 lakhs. Depending upon the candidate mark and the family background candidates are selected.
