I am studying my B.Tech with an Education Loan. In this case I can also apply for a scholarship? Kindly let me know as soon as possible.

Yes, you can definitely apply for scholarship even though you had opted for education loan to meet the expense of your B.Tech course. There is no problem in applying for scholarship or even if you get scholarship inspite of having education loan under your name. However, it is recommended that you inform the bank from which you took education loan concerning the scholarship you receive.
