Can we get 100% loan for management quota without keeping any security upto 10 lakh?

Merit students taking admission in a recognised private institution under management quota are eligible for bank education loan.
Most of the banks ask for mortgage or collateral security.
For loan upto 4 lacs , there is no collateral security .
For loans above 7.5 lacs both collateral security and third party gurantee is required.
So you have to mortgage some of the property against education loan as the amount is a big amount and no bank would sanction such huge amount without pledging any property.
