My father don't have Pan Card and ITR. Kindly tell me how can I apply for an Education Loan in Punjab National Bank? Please reply as soon as possible.

You can still opt for education loan even though your father does not have PAN Card and ITR. The only condition to opt for loan in this scenario is you need to have someone else as the co-borrower who has a valid PAN number and ITR in your family. It is not a compulsion that your father needs to be the co-borrower, even your mother or siblings can become co-borrower provided they have a valid income source.
