Why Centurion Bank of Punjab denied to sanction Education Loan of Rs. 1 Lacs?


Hello,
I have applied for Education Loan in Centurion Bank of Punjab but they denied to me. Why they did so? They say I am not eligible. I wanted Education Loan of Rs. 1 Lacs for my B.E. course which I am already doing and my father's net month salary Rs. 13,000 per month.

It is quite sad to know that your education loan request got rejected and the bank has not stated any reason. However, you can approach the bank and demand a valid reason for the rejection. You can even file RTI against the bank to know the cause of rejection. Apart from this, you should approach other banks near your residence to opt for education loan. Comply with the terms and conditions and complete all the norms as per bank's orders to get your education loan sanctioned.
