1st mbbs with 69.83%.....
kindly let me know whether
i am eligible for scholarship or not .....
if I am not eligible then I want to apply for education loan

You can contact any PSU bank for education loan. Admission documents will be required for applying. Just contact the bank manager for application form and other information. You need to apply on an application form and submit the application with supporting documents.

Also, presence of a guarantor is necessary in most cases. For a course like MBBS they may even ask for collateral security.
