Is it true that the GATE scholarship is increased from 8k to 12k this year?
Sir/Mam,
There is a rumour that recently the GATE scholarship has been increased from 8K to 12K. Is it true? Can you please provide me some official link which would confirm the same? I just wanted the confirmation as soon as possible and the details which I need to follow to apply! |

Yes, Definitely you have heard right. The GATE stipend has been increased from 8K to 12400 from November 2014.
**There is no need to apply separate for this if you are getting stipend then the increased stipend will be credited in your bank account directly from December on wards. **If you have not get any stipend yet and get admission in M.Tech course this year then you have to: --firstly contact to college authority for knowing the College and Student ID, then after you will fill the online form. --All the details for filling the online form is also provided in the website too. Go through the instructions for students before filling the online form. **If you want to see the official confirmation regarding the hike in the stipend then go through the attachment. |
