Yes, you can get scholarship from MHRD while studying in 11th class.

This scholarship is provided to the students from Class 11th to Ph.D.
Candidate must have passed 10th class/ Matriculation / High school to be eligible for this scholarship.
Candidate will be awarded Rs. 300 per month at class 11th.
