I have 81% marks in 12th & 64% marks in graduation (B.Sc) 1st year and I have submitted form in October 2015, but have not found my scholarship money yet. I want to know that what's reason ?

It is not possible for us to give you a detailed response since you have not mentioned the name of the scholarship for which your money was being delayed. There can be multiple reasons for the delay - internal process delays, rejection of scholarship application, mistakes by the concerned authority internally, bank related delays, etc. You should contact the concerned scholarship providing authority and request for a feedback.
