Whether my uncle become a guarantor against an Education Loan if my parents are passed away?

Sir, my parents are passed away and I live with my uncle. He is an ex-Government employee. He got pension but he doesn’t have an IT File. But he has a Bank Account. I want to get an education loan of Rs. 7 Lacs for doing BTech course. Now, the question is, my uncle become a guarantor or not?

Yes, your uncle can become a guarantor against an Education Loan. Guarantor can be any your immediate family member, should have a steady source of income and a good credit record.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
