Whether Tuition Fee Waiver will be taken off if I change my engineering branch?
I am a student of rgpv i want to change my branch me to civil but i am student of Tuition Fee Waiver. Will my waiver get lost if i do so?

i have got civil branch waith fee waiver seat in UPSEE counsilling 2015 of B.TEH 1st year . So can i change my brance? Will my fee waiver get lost if i do so?

I am just now in b.tech 3rd year form civil . I am not justified our college. can I change them.
