Hi, Due to some reasons I couldn't do my 10th in a regular mode. I was a private student. I want to know is 10th passed private candidate eligible for State Government jobs? Please revert.

In order to get a job in Government sector, minimum qualification for every candidate is 10+2 or Graduation in any discipline from recognized university/Board. So, if you are really interested for State Government job then you need to have minimum qualification of 10+2 in any stream with 50% marks (45% in case of reserved category). Only 10th level of study will not help you to get a job in government sector.

Yes, you are eligible for government sector jobs like group D exam.

Those candidates who have completed 10th standard from a recognized board are eligible for group D exam.

Your age should be in between 18 to 38 years.

Sir i have passed 10th as private candidate in 2013 and 12th in 2014(private candidate)then i completed BCA as regular.the gap between 10th and 12th is only one year.am i eligible to apply for the government job?
