HELLO sir, i'm Prathyusha completed my B.Tech(ECE)in 2012...
i lost gate score bcz i didn't went for coaching...so now applied for PEGECT... hello every one
i am ec student , my gate rank is 1523 can any one pls tell what kind of study we will do in VLSI ,Microelectronics , comm.eng in b.tech our role was little but choosing branch without knowing it, its like choosing a branch in b.tech without knowing difference b/w EC,IT,CS,ME,EE etc. i want to get clear differences b/w m.tech branches. pls help me so that i can decide branch for m.tech properly |

I am ECE 2005 passed out and worked in defence for 4 years under Radio Frequency field.Now i want to do Mtech. which course i have to select whether embedded and VLSI or communications or microwave and radar engg.

VLSI and Embedded systems is better, since large amount of students heading towards it. But the evolving trend is "Digital Electronics and Communication Systems", since it too deals with vlsi and embedded systems partially. VLSI and Embedded systems knowledge can be achieved easily by attending some external tutors like Hardware and Networking centers(Jetking, IIHT, NIIT etc). There too VLSI and Embedded systems Certification can be achieved easily and more over those people teach the subject in depth, where a M.Tech(VLSI and EMbedded) student will not have knowledge about it. Companies look for talent, not for degree. If you people are really want double degree in ECE, then I suggest Digital Electronics...

Sir I am completed my engineering in electronics and communication and I want to do m.tech and sir my aggregate is 50%.wich branch I select ,can I get vlsi sir for this aggregate and in my answer key of pgct exam I get 40 marks

I completed B.Tech in 2015. I am an electronic engineer. Can I join in Anna University for M.Tech. Which paper is easy theoretical and having scope. I am interested in lecturing.
